China's data trading policies have formed a complete system,the construction of data trading institutions has ushered in a new round of boom,the data trading ecological alliance has taken shape,and the data trading rules and regulations have been gradually improved.In view of the current problems of inactive on-court trading,inconsistent standards,unclear co-ordination and lack of professionalism in the domestic data trading market,countermeasures are proposed to cultivate the data trading market,actively improve the trading model,clarify the trading standards,improve co-ordination and planning and enhance professionalism,so as to guide the high-quality development of the data trading market.
