摘要
利用数字化技术和能力可使企业商业模式创新和商业生态系统重构,达到企业业务增长和公司价值提升。从金风科技数字化转型的动因,数字化转型的路径分析企业在数字化转型期间的财务状况和企业价值,得出相应的结论和建议,为同样的数字化转型企业做借鉴。
Using digital technology and capabilities can innovate business models and reconfigure business ecosystems to achieve business growth and increase company value.In this paper,we analyse the financial situation and enterprise value of Goldwind during the digital transformation period,and draw conclusions and recommendations for other digital transformation companies.
