风电产业经过近10年的飞速发展后,逐渐进入“自由竞争”的平价时代,高质量、低成本是企业发展的目标,边际贡献决策运用是当前企业在经营管理当中常用的一种方法,它能够对企业生产经营决策中的经济效益进行评价,帮助企业更好地进行经营决策[1-3]。通过对风电产业的现状、边际贡献法的引入、边际贡献法在风电企业中的运用、边际贡献法在风电行业应用的不足及对策几方面来阐述边际贡献法在风电产业中的应用。

After nearly 10 years of rapid development,the wind power industry has gradually entered the era of"free competition"in terms of price parity,where high quality and low cost are the goals of enterprise development.enterprises to better make business decisions.The current situation of the wind power industry,the introduction of the marginal contribution method,the application of the marginal contribution method in wind power enterprises,the shortcomings of the marginal contribution method in the wind power industry and countermeasures are used to explain the application of the marginal contribution method in the wind power industry.
