摘要
在全球减少碳排放的大潮下,我国“双碳”目标的提出对社会发展、产业升级转型等方面都产生着重要的影响。以钢铁行业为例,研究在“双碳”目标的约束下河北省钢铁行业的数字化转型与节能减排之间的关系,运用耦合协调度模型,对河北省钢铁行业2010—2020年的数字化转型与节能减排耦合协调程度进行测度与分析,并提出相应的对策建议,以期推进河北省钢铁行业绿色低碳转型,实现钢铁行业数字化转型与节能减排协同发展。
Under the global trend of carbon emission reduction,the proposed"double carbon target"in China has an important impact on social development,industrial upgrading and transformation.Taking the iron and steel industry as an example,we study the relationship between digital transformation and energy saving and emission reduction in the iron and steel industry of Hebei Province under the constraints of the"double carbon target".The model is used to measure and analyse the degree of coordination between digital transformation and energy conservation and emission reduction in the Hebei iron and steel industry from 2010 to 2020,and to propose corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the Hebei iron and steel industry and to achieve the synergistic development of digital transformation and energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry.
