基于对煤炭发电企业的核心竞争力认识,探讨我国火力发电行业在发展中面临的主要问题。对燃煤煤炭发电企业核心竞争力提高战略的研究背景进行分析,从其基本原理出发,对以低碳为基本概念的燃煤煤炭发电企业的核心竞争力组成因素进行分析。通过对火力发电行业核心能力的现状和成因的剖析,从节能减排的角度探讨提高火力发电行业的核心竞争力的措施。

In through the understanding of the core competitiveness of coal power generation enterprises,the main problems faced by China's thermal power generation industry in its development are discussed.Firstly,the research background of the core competitiveness improvement strategy of coal-fired coal power generation enterprises is analyzed,and then the core competitiveness components of coal-fired coal power generation enterprises with low carbon as the basic concept are analyzed from its basic principle.Through the analysis of the current situation and causes of the core competencies of the thermal power generation industry,and from the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction,measures to improve the core competencies of the thermal power generation industry are discussed.
