摘要
根据使用2006—2019年中国283个城市的数据研究人工智能应用对环境污染的影响。模型研究表明,人工智能与环境污染呈现“倒U形”非线性关系;进一步研究表明人力资本的提高有助于促进人工智能的降污作用。因此,治理环境污染要充分发挥人工智能和人力资本的作用,助力降低环境污染水平。
The impact of artificial intelligence(AI)applications on environmental pollution is investigated based on the use of data from 283 Chinese cities from 2006-2019.The modelling study shows that AI and environmental pollution have an"inverted U-shaped"non-linear relationship;further research shows that the improvement of human capital helps to promote the pollution reduction effect of Al.Therefore,to control environmental pollution,we should give full play to the role of artificial intelligence and human capital to help reduce the level of environmental pollution.
