基于泰尔指数的京津冀碳生产率差异分析

Analysis of Carbon Productivity Differences between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Based on Thiel Index

选取京津冀地区的碳生产率为研究对象,运用泰尔指数的总方差分解方法,对京津冀地区碳生产率的区域内和区域间的差异进行测算,同时计算北京市、天津市和河北省对于引起京津冀碳生产率差异的贡献率,进而找出存在差异的原因,并提出有针对性的对策和建议。碳生产率泰尔指数的总差异表明,我国京津冀地区的碳生产率存在明显的差异性。北京市碳生产率差异在不断缩小,天津市碳生产率差异先大后小,河北省碳生产率差异却呈现出扩大的趋势。进一步对碳生产率总差异进行分解,总差异主要来自于地区内差异,而地区内差异主要是由北京市碳生产率内部差异引起。为此,京津冀地区可以从能源效率、能源结构和产业结构三个角度出发,加强区域合作,最大程度提升碳生产率。

The carbon productivity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is selected as the research object,and the total variance decomposition method of the Thayer Index is applied to measure the intra-and inter-regional differences in carbon productivity in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and to calculate the contribution rates of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province to the carbon productivity differences in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,so as to identify the reasons for the diferences and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The total difference in the carbon productivity Thayer index shows that there are significant dfferences in carbon productivity between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in China.While the difference in carbon productivity in Beijing is decreasing,the difference in carbon productivity in Tianjin is increasing and then decreasing,while the difference in carbon productivity in Hebei province tends to increase.Further decomposition of the total carbon productivity dfference shows that the total difference mainly comes from intra-regional dferences,while the intra-regional differences are mainly caused by the internal differences in carbon productivity in Beijing.In this regard,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can strengthen regional cooperation from three perspectives:energy efficiency,energy structure and industrial structure,to maximise carbon productivity.
