摘要
2021年5月6日,蔚来发布挪威战略,正式进入挪威市场,但由于挪威市场与我国存在较大的差异,因此蔚来汽车开拓挪威市场存在着较大的不确定性。基于此,在SWOT分析的背景下,提出促进蔚来汽车挪威市场开拓的可行策略,增强蔚来汽车在挪威市场开拓过程中的竞争力,从而促进其战略目标的实现。
On May 6,2021,NIO released the Norwegian strategy and officially entered the Norwegian market.However,due to the large difference between the Norwegian market and China,there is great uncertainty for NIO to explore the Norwegian market.Based on this,in the context of SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward feasible strategies to promote the Norwegian market development of NIO Motors,enhance the competitiveness of NIO Motors in the Norwegian market development process,and promote the realization of its strategic objectives.
