数字经济下中国高质量发展的测度研究

A Study on the Measurement of China's High-Quality Development in the Digital Economy

新时代下,各学者从多种视角对我国高质量发展进行了丰富的研究,但鲜有研究从数字经济视角切入对高质量发展水平进行测度与分析。基于新发展理念,使用2000—2019年省域数据测度数字经济时代中国高质量发展水平,对其时空特征进行分析。研究发现,数字经济极大促进高质量发展水平,高质量发展水平空间非均衡特征显著,呈现“东部>中部>东北>西部”的空间格局,从数字经济视角拓展了中国高质量发展的研究,揭示了数字经济在促进中国高质量发展中的重要贡献和中国高质量发展水平的空间动态演变,为促进高质量发展献言献策。

In the new era,scholars have conducted rich research on China's high-quality development from various perspectives,but few studies have measured and analyzed the level of high-quality development from the perspective of the digital economy.Based on the new development concept,the level of China's high-quality development in the era of digital economy is measured using provincial data from 2000 to 2019,and its spatial and temporal characteristics are analysed.The study finds that the digital economy has greatly contributed to the high quality development level,and the spatial unevenness of the high quality development level is significant,showing a spatial pattern of"east,central,northeast and west".It reveals the important contribution of the digital economy in promoting China's high-quality development and the spatial dynamics of China's high-quality development level,and offers suggestions for promoting high-quality development.
