苏阜合作视野下打造制造业强市研究

Research on Building a Strong Manufacturing City in the Perspective of Suzhou-Fuyang Cooperation

基于阜阳制造业发展现状,调研搜集了大量数据,以苏州为标杆,系统分析了阜阳的短板弱项和差距,以及苏阜结对合作帮扶为阜阳制造业强市提供的战略机遇和有利条件。提出阜阳要抓住机遇,进一步转变政府职能,优化承接环境;创新合作机制,加快市场对接;明确承接重点,提升产业层次;提升创新水平,吸引人才落地等有针对性的意见建议,以期为阜阳实现跨越式发展、高质量发展提供参考。

Based on the current situation of Fuyang's manufacturing development,the research collected a large amount of data,using Suzhou as a benchmark,and systematically analysed Fuyang's shortcomings,weaknesses and gaps,as well as the strategic opportunities and favourable conditions provided by the Suzhou-Fuzhou twinning cooperation and support for Fuyang's strong manufacturing industry.It is proposed that Fuyang should seize the opportunity to further transform government functions and optimize the undertaking environment;innovate the cooperation mechanism and speed up the market docking;clarify the undertaking focus and enhance the industrial level;enhance the innovation level and attract talents to land and other targeted suggestions,in order to provide reference for Fuyang to achieve leap-forward and high-quality development.
