以省级电网输配电价定价办法为依据,分析核价关键参数计算逻辑,逐项梳理影响准许成本和收益的因素,深入研究核价办法中对参数的约束条件,理清对电网企业管理水平提出的要求,进而提出针对投资、资产、成本等方面的优化策略,持续提升管理水平、促进电网企业质效双提升。

Based on the pricing scheme for transmission and distribution prices of provincial power grids,we analyze the logic of calculating key pricing parameters,sort out the factors affecting the permited costs and revenues,study the constraints on the parameters in the pricing scheme,clarify the requirements for the management level of power grid enterprises,and propose optimization strategies for investment,assets and costs to continuously improve the management level and promote the quality and efficiency of power grid enterprises.
