An analysis of the Problems and Coping Strategies of Capital Management in Industrial Enterprises

随着我国经济的发展,企业面临的经济形势愈加复杂。企业的发展不仅需要大量的资金,同时由于其融资等渠道受限,容易导致企业出现运行困难、资金链断裂等经济风险。因此,在复杂的经济形势下,应对企业资金管理问题成为促进企业长远发展的关键措施。基于此,分析了企业资金管理存在的问题,并围绕企业资金管理提出了几点应对策略。

With the development of China's economy,the economic situation faced by enterprises has become more and more complicated.The development of enterprises not only requires a large amount of capital,but at the same time,due to its restricted financing and other channels,it is easy to lead to difficulties in operation,broken capital chain and other economic risks.Therefore,in the complex economic situation,dealing with enterprise capital management problems becomes a key measure to promote the long-term development of enterprises.Based on this,the problems of enterprise fund management are analysed,and several strategies are proposed around enterprise fund management.
