基于智能制造的产品质量管理改进的探索

Product Quality Management Improvement Based on Smart Manufacturing

为探索基于智能制造的产品质量管理改进措施,采用理论结合实践的方法,立足智能制造的相关概述,分析了智能制造中提升产品质量管理的必要性,提出了目前我国智能制造产品质量管理发展现状以及相应的质量管理改进措施。分析认为,智能制造是现代化制造的核心,在产品制造效率、质量、智能化控制等方面有显著优势,但同样对智能制造产品质量提出了更高的要求,为促使智能制造产业持续稳定地发展,有必要对产品质量管理进行改进,利用先进的管理方式和理念,以保障智能制造产品质量,促使我国智能制造持续健康地发展。

In order to explore the improvement measures of product quality management based on intelligent manufacturing,a theoretical and practical approach is adopted,based on the overview of intelligent manufacturing,the necessity of improving product quality management in intelligent manufacturing is analyzed,and the current development status of product quality management in intelligent manufacturing in China and the corresponding quality management improvement measures are proposed.The analysis results show that intelligent manufacturing is the core of modern manufacturing,which has significant advantages in product manufacturing efficiency,quality and intelligent control,but also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of intelligent manufacturing products.In order to promote the sustainable and stable development of the intelligent manufacturing industry,there is a need to improve product quality management and use advanced management methods and concepts in order to guarantee the quality of intelligent manufacturing products and promote the Intelligent manufacturing sustainable and healthy development.
