乳腺癌患者家庭韧性现状及其影响因素分析

Current situation of family hardiness of breast cancer patients and its influencing factors

目的探讨乳腺癌患者家庭韧性现状,并分析其影响因素,为制订干预措施提供依据。方法本研究采用横断面调查法。采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1—9月在空军军医大学第一附属医院甲乳血管外科接受手术治疗的110例乳腺癌患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版家庭韧性量表、社会支持评定量表对乳腺癌患者进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析进行单因素分析。采用多重线性回归分析进行多因素分析。本研究共发放问卷110份,回收有效问卷106份,有效回收率为96.4%(106/110)。结果 106例乳腺癌患者的中文版家庭韧性量表、社会支持评定量表总分分别为(58.77±7.49)、(33.99±6.85)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,乳腺癌患者的中文版家庭韧性量表和社会支持评定量表总分呈正相关(r=0.485,P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,乳腺癌患者家庭韧性影响因素为文化程度、家庭经济情况、宗教信仰、主要照顾者(配偶)和社会支持水平(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者的家庭韧性处于中等水平,文化程度、家庭经济情况、宗教信仰、主要照顾者(配偶)和社会支持水平是乳腺癌患者家庭韧性的影响因素,下一步应针对影响因素制订干预措施。

Objective To explore the current situation of family hardiness of breast cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for the development of intervention measures.Methods This study adopted a cross-sectional survey method.Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 110 patients with breast cancer who received surgical treatment in Department of Thyroid Breast Vascular Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.Breast cancer patients were investigated with general information questionnaire,Chinese version of Family Hardiness Index(FHI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Pearson correlation analysis,independent sample t-test,and one-way ANOVA were used for one-way analysis.Multiple linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.A total of 1i0 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 106 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 96.4%(106/110).Results The total scores of the Chinese version of FHI and SSRS in 106 patients with breast cancer were(58.77±7.49)and(33.99±6.85),respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the total score of the Chinese version of FHI and SSRS for breast cancer patients(r=0.485,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of family hardiness of breast cancer patients were education level,family economic situation,religious belief,main caregivers(spouses)and social support level(P<0.05).Conclusions The family hardiness of breast cancer patients is at a medium level.Education level,family economic situation,religious belief,main caregivers(spouses)and social support level are the influencing factors of family hardiness of breast cancer patients.In the next step,intervention measures should be formulated for the influencing factors.
