生态环境领域团体标准发展现状与对策研究

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Association Standards in the Field of Eco-environment

团体标准具有“快、新、活、高”的特点,国家鼓励发展团体标准。本文在阐述当前团体标准助力生态环境高水平保护的重要意义基础上,结合生态环境领域团体标准现状和存在的问题,从营造健康发展环境、准确把握标准定位、切实提高标准质量三个方面提出了推动生态环境领域团体标准高质量发展的工作建议。

Association standards have the characteristics of"ast,new,lively,and high",and the State encourages the development of association standards.On the basis of elaborating on the important significance of current association standards in promoting high-level protection of the eco-environment,combined with the current situation and existing problems of association standards in the field of eco-environment,this article proposes work suggestions to promote the high-quality development of association standards in the field of eco-environment in three aspects:creating the environment of healthy development,accurately grasping the positioning of standards,and effectively improving the qualityof standards.
