我国水稻产业标准化现状分析与对策探讨

Analysis of the Current Situation and Strategies of Rice Industry Standardization in China

本文系统梳理了我国现行有效的水稻及大米相关标准,建立了水稻全产业链标准体系框架,探讨了我国水稻产业标准化现状及存在问题,提出水稻标准实施的建议和措施。建议指出通过因地制宜制定水稻全产业链标准综合体,利用标准化示范基地的生产验证,提高标准的适用性和可操作性,建立健全标准实施宣贯和跟踪评价机制,是提高我国水稻产业规模化、标准化和稻米质量安全水平,提升稻米市场竞争力的重要手段。

This paper sorts out all the rice related standards in China,establishes the framework of rice whole industry chain standards system,discusses the development status and existing problems of rice industry standardization,and puts forward suggestions and measures for the standards implementation.It is suggested that the construction of rice standard-complex of whole industry chain production according to the conditions and requirements of local rice industry,production verification through standardization demonstration base,improved applicability and operability of standards,and establishment and improvement of the mechanisms for the implementation and evaluation of standards are important ways to improve the standardization of rice industry,promote the large-scale standardization production,and enhance the competitiveness in domestic and international rice market.
