摘要 食品安全标准的确立不仅能够避免我国民众生命健康受到威胁,还能够有效管控进口食品。新时代下随着科学技术的更新迭代,食品微生物检验技术得到了前所未有的发展。微生物检测技术能够有效控制食源性疾病,确保我国食品安全。微生物检测技术不同于传统食品检测技术,由于微生物检测技术应用期间需要技术人员对样本进行采集制备,在任何操作环节中都可能受到多元因素影响预期检测质量。此外,微生物群体具有较强的个体差异性,针对不同微生物的试剂以及不同的检测方法,技术人员需要从多个维度进行综合考量,才能够确保预期检测结果。新时代下技术人员需要在实践过程中不断完善微生物检测方式,提高检测质量的同时缩短检测时间。本文重点探究食品检验中微生物标准化检测技术的类型以及技术应用原理。 The establishment of food safety standards can not only avoid threats to the lives and health of Chinese people,but also effectively control imported food.In the new era,with the updating and iteration of science and technology,food microbiological testing technology has been developed unprecedentedly.Microbial testing technology can effectively control foodborne diseases and ensure food safety in China.Microbial detection technology is different from traditional food detection technology.Since technicians are required to collect and prepare samples during the application of microbial detection technology,the expected detection quality may be affected by multiple factors in any operation link.In addition,the microbial population has strong individual differences.The reagents and detection methods for different microorganisms are different.Technicians need to consider comprehensively from multiple dimensions to ensure the expected detection results.In the new era,technicians are required to constantly improve the microbial detection method in the process of practice,improve the detection quality and shorten the detection time.This paper focuses on the types and application principles of microbial detection techniques in standardization food inspection.
