浅谈高校学生干部的规范化管理

学生干部是连接高校学生与老师之间的桥梁与纽带,在高校学生管理中具有重要的作用,实现学生干部的规范化管理很有必要。当前,在高校学生干部中,还存在着思想教育不及时、日常管理不到位、激励机制不健全、培养任用不完善等影响学生干部规范化管理的问题,还需要不断强化高校学生干部的思想教育,注重素质培养和实现规范化管理,使得学生干部充分发挥其在学生工作中的作用,助推高校教书育人目标和任务的实现。

Student cadres are the bridge and link between college students and teachers,and play an important role in college student management.It is necessary to realize the standardized management of student cadres.At present,among college student cadres,there are still some problems that affect the standardized management of student cadres,such as untimely ideological education,inadequate daily management,imperfect incentive mechanism,and imperfect training and use.Therefore,it is also necessary to continuously strengthen the ideological education of college student cadres,pay attention to quality training and achieve standardized management,so that student cadres can give full play to their role in carrying out student work,and promote the realization of the goals and tasks of teaching and educating people in colleges and universities.
