针灸联合中医康复标准化训练治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Standardized Training of TCM Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Patients with Stroke Dysphagia

目的:观察对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者予以针灸、中医康复标准化训练联合治疗的效果。方法:观察对象选择于2022年1月至2023年1月就诊于甘肃省白银市第一人民医院的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者96例,随机方法分组观察,48例予以常规康复训练的患者纳入对照组,48例予以针灸+中医康复标准化训练的患者纳入试验组,比较和观察治疗效果。结果:与对照组患者对比,试验组治疗效果明显更佳(P<0.05);与对照组患者对比,试验组治疗后吞咽功能(SSA评分、VFSS评分、洼水实验评分)明显更佳(P<0.05);与对照组患者对比,试验组并发症明显较少(P<0.05);与对照组患者对比,试验组治疗后中医症状评分明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者予以针灸、中医康复标准化训练联合治疗效果突出,可使吞咽功能得以改善,减少并发症,可使中医症状评分减轻,建议推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with standardized training of TCM rehabilitation on patients with stroke dysphagia.Methods:96 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into two groups.48 patients receiving routine rehabilitation training were included in the control group,and 48 patients receiving acupuncture and moxibustion+traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation standardized training were included in the experimental group,and the therapeutic effect was compared and observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better(P<0.05),the swallowing function(SSA score,VFSS score and depression test score)of the experimental group was significantly better after treatment(P<0.05),complications in experimental group were significantly less(P<0.05),and the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion and standardized training of TCM rehabilitation for stroke patients with dysphagia has outstanding effect,which can improve the swallowing function,reduce complications,and reduce the symptom score of TCM,so it is recommended topopularize.
