摘要
目的:探究肢体语言沟通联合标准化护理对肺炎患儿依从性的影响。方法:在2018年12月至2022年12月期间展开此次研究,选取此期间在我院治疗的肺炎患儿200例,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,对照组(n=100)接受常规护理,观察组(n=100)接受肢体语言沟通联合标准化护理,对比两组依从性、患儿心理状态(SCARED、DSRSC)、肺功能指标、护理满意度。结果:观察组依从性(98%)高于对照组(87%)(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患儿SCARED、DSRSC评分相较差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SCARED、DSRSC低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组肺功能指标相较差异不显著(P>0,05);护理后,观察组FEV1、MVV、VC高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意率(72.92%)低于观察组(95.83%)(P<0.05)。结论:对肺炎患儿实施肢体语言沟通联合标准化护理,可提高患儿依从性,改善肺功能指标、心理状态,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of body language communication and standardized nursing on compliance in children with pneumonia.Methods:200 children with pneumonia children in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random table method.The control group(n=100)received routine care,and the observation group(n=100)received body language communication combined standardized nursing.The compliance,psychological status of children(SCARED,DSRSC),lung function index,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Compliance in the observation group(98%)was higher than that in the control group(87%)(P<0.05).Before nursing,SCARED and DSRSC scores between the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after nursing,SCARED and DSRSC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the lung function index was not different(P>0.05);after nursing,FEV1,MVV and VC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group(72.92%)was lower than that in the observation group(95.83%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Body language communication combined standardized nursing for children with pneumonia can improve their compliance,improve lung function index,psychological state,and improve nursing satisfaction.
