针对进口电炉举升故障问题进行研究,面对进口设备资料短缺,备品备件型号不全、通用性差的问题,制定了一套自主维修流程,将原厂进口备件进行了替代化应用,取得了良好的效果,经济效益和社会效益明显。

In view of the lifting fault of imported electric furnace,the fault search of imported equipment is carried out.In the face of the shortage of imported equipment materials,incomplete spare parts models and poor versatility,a set of independent maintenance process was developed to replace the imported spare parts of the original factory.Good results have been obtained,with obvious economic and social benefits.
