摘要
针对公司铸铁件多品种、小批量、中小件生产以及铁料配比主要以废旧回收再利用的灰铸铁件、废钢材料为主的特点,为保证同一炉铁水能同时满足多种铸件的要求,提高铁水质量,提出了对增碳剂合成灰铸铁工艺进行改进。通过添加增碳剂、孕育处理等方式,在保证铁水合理的化学成分及铸件质量的情况下,增大公司熔炼配料比例调整范围,使公司同炉铁水配比调整更为灵活,在降低公司成本的同时明显降低了铸件收缩类、孔洞类缺陷废品率。
The company produces many varieties,small batches,small and medium-sized cast iron.Production raw materials are mainly recycled gray cast iron,scrap steel materials.In order to ensure that the same furnace molten iron can meet the requirements of various castings at the same time and improve the quality of molten iron,the process of synthesizing gray cast iron with carburizer is improved.By adding carburizer and inoculation treatment,in the case of ensuring the chemical composition of molten metal and casting quality,the company can increase the proportion adjustment range of smelting ingredients,so that the company can adjust the proportion of molten metal in the same furnace more flexibly,and significantly reduce the rejection rate of shrinkage and hole defects in castings while reducing the cost of the company.
