实时交通大数据分析和可视化地理信息平台研究

摘要 利用大数据地理信息系统技术设计了实时交通大数据分析和可视化平台,平台包含HDFS+HBase的分布式数据存储结构对实时交通动态数据进行管理和存储,借助机器学习模型Spark MLlib对动态交通信息进行图像处理、交通参数提取、交通流预测分析、事件检测等处理,通过Mapbox GL地图渲染引擎,将交通大数据分析处理结果与地图信息进行叠加可视化展示,实现了实时路况分析与展示、短时交通预测分析、交通事件自动检测与拥堵扩散分析、历史交通流数据分类统计与交通信息服务等功能。该平台提高了交通大数据的存储、读写效率和分析处理能力,为城市交通精细化管理提供科学、可靠的决策支持。 A real-time traffic big data analysis and visual platform has been designed based on the technology of big data geographic information system.The platform applies the distributed data storage structure of HDFS+HBase to the management and storage of real-time traffic dynamic data,and uses the machine learning model of Spark MLlib to process the dynamic traffic information,including the image processing,traffic parameter extraction,traffic flow prediction analysis,event detection,etc.With Mapbox GL map rendering engine,the platform superimposes the results of traffic big data analysis and processes with the map information for visual display,thus realizing the functions of real-time road condition analysis and display,short-term traffic prediction analysis,automatic traffic incident detection and congestion diffusion analysis,historical traffic flow data classification statistics and traffic information service.The design of this platform has improved the storage,reading and writing efficiency and analysis processing capacity of traffic big data,providing scientific and reliable decision support for the refinement of urban transportation management.
