人防工程与城市地下空间融合深度发展分析

Analysis on the Depth of Integration of Civil Air Defense Projects and Urban Underground Space

研究分析当前人防工程建设的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了包括优化开发流程,管廊建设建筑人防需求,发挥人防工程的经济效益多种意见。此次研究的成果梳理了当前国内企业建设人防工程的特点,提出的意见有助于推动人防工程与地下空间融合开发建设。

This paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of civil air defense engineering construction,puts forward a variety of opinions including optimizing the development process,building civil air defense demand for pipe gallery construction and giving full play to the economic benefits of civil air defense projects.The results of this study sort out the shortcomings of the current domestic enterprises in building civil air defense projects,and the suggestions put forward are helpful to promote the integration of civil air defense projects and underground space development and construction.
