公路改扩建工程路面搭接技术研究

摘要 以某项目为依托,探讨了既有沥青路面的病害处治技术和新旧路面的搭接技术,并通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS开展数值模拟。从结果看,顶层接缝50 cm范围内是最不利受力位置,应尽可能避免将接缝设置在轮迹带位置,且建议以15~30 cm作为面层和基层的搭接宽度,而综合施工便利进行考虑,可采用30 cm作为搭接宽度。 Based on a project,the disease treatment technology of existing asphalt pavement and lap technology of old and new pavement were discussed,and numerical simulation was carried out by finite element analysis software ABAQUS.It can be seen from the results that the top seam within 50 cm is the most unfavorable stress position,and the joint should be avoided as far as possible at the wheel track position,and it is recommended to take 15~30 cm as the lap width of the surface layer and the base layer.Considering the comprehensive construction convenience,30 cm can be used as the lap width.
