水利工程安全隐患及影响水利工程施工安全的因素研究

Study on Hidden Dangers of Water Conservancy Projects and Factors Affecting Construction Safety of Water Conservancy Projects

针对水利工程施工安全隐患多的问题展开分析,结合堤防护岸工程实例对管涌破坏、软弱坝基等隐患进行探究,指出水利工程施工安全受人员、物料等多重因素影响。为解决施工安全问题,提出加强土方开挖、堤基处理、堤防填筑等环节的管理,应用科学施工安全技术消除安全隐患及各种因素影响。

This paper analyzes the problems of many hidden dangers in the construction of water conservancy projects,probes into the hidden dangers such as piping damage and weak dam foundation combined with the examples of dike revetment projects,and points out that the construction safety of water conservancy projects is affected by multiple factors such as personnel and materials.In order to solve the construction safety problem,it is proposed to strengthen the management of earthwork excavation,embankment foundation treatment,embankment filling and other links,and apply scientific construction safety technology to eliminate potential safety hazards and the influence of various factors.
