全过程模式下造价与风险管理研究应用

Research and Application of Cost and Risk Management in the Whole Process Mode

针对传统造价风险管理模式下存在的问题,提出基于全过程模式下应用与实施造价与风险管理的具体方法,有效解决关于此方面存在问题的同时,也进一步提高了工程造价与风险管理水平,实现了对工程造价的合理管控。应用实践结果表明,全过程模式的造价与风险管理,有利于更好地完善工程造价控制体系以及提升各个单位在项目建设中的参与性,实现整个项目造价工作顺利开展。

Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional cost risk management mode,this paper puts forward a concrete method of applying and implementing cost and risk management based on the whole process mode,which can effectively solve the problems in this respect,further improve the level of project cost and risk management,and realize the reasonable control of project cost.The application results show that the cost and risk management of the whole process mode is conducive to better perfecting the project cost control system and enhancing the participation of each unit in the project construction,thus realizing the smooth development of the whole project cost work.
