浅谈海外工程项目风险因素及应对策略

Discussion on Risk Factors and Countermeasures of Overseas Engineering Projects

分析和归纳了海外工程项目所面临的各类风险,并着重分析了经济风险、实施风险、属性风险3大类主要风险类型。随后,提出了强化项目可行性研究,合理选择项目;注重海外工程项目技术布局,建立技术风险预警体系;倡导工程项目本土化;合理应对工程通胀风险4大应对策略。

This paper analyzes and sums up all kinds of risks faced by overseas engineering projects,and focuses on three major risk types:economic risk,implementation risk and attribute risk.Then,four countermeasures are put forward:strengthening the feasibility study of the project,reasonably selecting the project,paying attention to the technical layout of overseas projects,establishing a technical risk early warning system,advocating the localization of the project,and reasonably responding to the inflation risk of the project.
