摘要
基于负荷准线的需求响应(DR)具有规模化推广、常态化实施等优势,是挖掘需求侧灵活调节潜力的良好手段。但是,当前研究对负荷准线的制定尚未考虑网络拓扑关系以及用户在DR中的响应不确定性,对用户精准引导有所不足,大规模开展时可能引起线路潮流越限等问题。为此,提出为各节点发布负荷准线的方式,引导大规模可调负荷参与DR。首先,提出了节点负荷准线的概念,并给出了鲁棒安全的节点负荷准线的数学定义,以反映节点负荷准线作为各节点引导目标对避免大规模DR下潮流越限的意义。其次,从局部、整体两方面构建可调负荷响应偏差的不确定集,并在此基础上提出了鲁棒安全的节点负荷准线计算模型。再次,给出了基于节点负荷准线的DR实施方案。最后,算例分析表明,所提节点负荷准线对于约定DR响应范围内的任意实际响应结果均能够保证经济最优下的所有线路潮流不越限。
The customer directrix load(CDL)based demand response(DR)has the advantages of large-scale promotion and normalization implementation,which is a good means to unlock the potential of flexible adjustment of demand side.However,in the current research,the formulation of CDL lacks consideration of the network topology relationship and the uncertainty of user response in DR.When the large-scale DR is carried out,users are not accurately guided and problems such as the power flow violation of lines may be incurred.Therefore,this paper proposes a method to formulate CDLs for each node to guide the largescale adjustable load to participate in DR.Firstly,the concept of nodal customer directrix load(NCDL)is proposed and the mathematical definition of NCDL with robust security is further given to reflect the significance of NCDL as the guiding target of each node to avoid the power flow violation under large-scale DR.Secondly,the uncertainty set of adjustable load response deviation is established from both local and global aspects.On this basis,a calculation model of NCDL with robust security is proposed.Thirdly,the NCDL-based DR implementation scheme is given.Finally,the analysis of numerical tests shows that the proposed NCDL can ensure that the power flow of all lines under economic optimization does not exceed the limit for any actual response results within the agreed DR response range.
