考虑传热不一致性的蓄热式电锅炉负荷建模

摘要 蓄热式电锅炉是参与电网调节的优质可控负荷,但由于其传热过程存在不一致性,现有模型误差较大,不能精确评估电锅炉负荷的调节能力。针对上述问题,基于热平衡原理,提出了考虑传热不一致的固体蓄热式电锅炉负荷模型。首先,分析了固体蓄热式电锅炉的典型结构、工作模式和热平衡关系;其次,基于热平衡原理建立蓄热式电锅炉负荷模型,并分析传热不一致性带来的影响;最后,考虑传热不一致性,引入一致性系数对所提模型进行修正,并利用最小二乘法进行参数优化。仿真对比结果表明,所提蓄热式电锅炉负荷模型的炉温误差和升、降温时长误差明显低于热平衡模型和ANSYS仿真模型,可为准确评估电锅炉负荷的调节能力提供技术支撑。 Regenerative electric boilers are high-quality controllable loads that participate in power grid regulation.However,due to the inconsistency in their heat transfer process,existing models have significant errors and cannot accurately evaluate the load regulation ability of electric boilers.A load model of solid regenerative electric boiler considering inconsistent heat transfer is proposed based on the principle of heat balance to address the above issues.Firstly,the typical structure,working mode,and heat balance relationship of solid regenerative electric boilers are analyzed.Secondly,based on the principle of heat balance,this paper establishes a load model for regenerative electric boiler and analyzes the impact of inconsistent heat transfer.Finally,considering the inconsistency of heat transfer,a consistency coefficient is introduced to modify the proposed model,and the least squares method is used for parameter optimization.The comparisons of simulation results show that the furnace temperature error and duration error of temperature rise/fall of the proposed load model of regenerative electric boiler are significantly lower than those of the heat balance model and ANSYS simulation model,which can provide technical support for accurately evaluating the load regulation ability of electric boilers.
