BF-10EX纸机真空系统的改进

摘要 电耗在造纸生产成本中占较大比重,真空系统电耗超过总电耗的20%。当前生活用纸市场竞争日益激烈,在用电成本居高不下的情况下,公司对川之江BF-10EX纸机的真空系统进行改造,用透平真空泵替代罗茨真空泵,并增设变频控制系统,取得了较好的节能效果。 Electricity consumption accounts for a significant proportion in the production cost of papermaking,with the electricity consumption of vacuum systems exceeding 20%of the total electricity consumption.The current competition in the household paper market is becoming increasingly fierce,and in the context of rising electricity prices,targeted equipment optimization and transformation are necessary.Our company has added a variable frequency speed regulation function to the original vacuum system of the Kawanoe Zoki-BF-10EX paper machine.We have replaced the original Roots vacuum pump with a turbine vacuum pump,and focused on exploring the design of system electrical and PLC programs,as well as the final energy-saving effect.
