高准科里奥利质量流量计在水流量静态质量法检定时超差的原因分析和判断

摘要 科里奥利质量流量计作为一种高精度流量测量仪表被广泛应用于贸易结算和过程控制等场合,按照强检要求或用户需要需定期到计量机构进行检定,有时候会发生检定超差的情况。本文以高准科里奥利质量流量计为例,对采用水流量静态质量法检定时超差原因进行了分析和判断,论述了8个影响到检定超差的主要原因,并介绍了一种三步判断方法,即用零点稳定性、密度、驱动增益和K1值这些重要的参数再结合一些测试来查找造成检定超差的原因。 Coriolis mass flowmeters as a high-precision flow measuring instrument,find extensive applications in trade settlement and process control.According to the mandatory verification requirements or the customer needs for verification regularly in Metrology and Science Institute.Occasionally,situations may arise where the verification falls out of tolerance.This article takes the Micro Motion Coriolis mass flowmeter as an example to analyze and judge the reasons for the verification out-of-tolerance by using the water flow static quality method.It discusses eight critical reasons that affect the verification out-of-tolerance,and introduces a three-step judgment method,that is,using these important parameters such as zero stability,density,driven gain and K1 value,combined with some tests to figure out the causes of the out-of-tolerance verification results.
