摘要
目的:研究饲粮中不同纤维水平对皖西白鹅育雏期生长性能、器官指数、肠道抗氧化的影响。方法:选取200只1日龄健康皖西白鹅,随机分成5个处理组,纤维水平分别为3%(基础日粮)、5%、7%、9%和11%纤维组,每组40只(每组5个重复,每个重复8只),试验期为28 d。分析饲粮中添加纤维对皖西白鹅生长性能及肠道抗氧化等方面的影响。结果:1~14日龄3%、5%纤维组ADFI极显著高于其他纤维组(P<0.01);9%纤维组ADG极显著高于其他纤维组(P<0.01)。5%、7%、9%、11%料重比极显著低于3%纤维组(P<0.01)。14~28和1~28日龄11%纤维组ADFI、ADG和F/G极显著高于其他纤维组(P<0.01)。14日龄5%、7%纤维组胸腺和脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05);9%、11%纤维组回肠和肌胃指数显著提高(P<0.05);3%纤维组肌胃和肝脏指数显著提高(P<0.05)。28日龄11%纤维组空肠、回肠、肌胃的器官指数显著提高(P<0.05);3%、5%纤维组肝脏指数显著提高(P<0.05)。11%纤维组小肠长度显著提高(P<0.05)。14日龄5%、7%、9%、11%纤维组MDA含量显著低于3%纤维组(P<0.05);14、28日龄11%纤维组空肠、回肠CAT活性显著提高(P<0.05);7%、9%纤维组回肠T-AOC活性显著提高(P<0.05);3%纤维组空肠MDA含量显著高于5%纤维组(P<0.05);28日龄11%纤维组回肠GSH-Px显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:饲粮添加纤维可提高育雏期皖西白鹅器官指数、肠道抗氧化能力,从而改善皖西白鹅生长性能,且以5%纤维水平最佳。
Objective:To study the effects of different dietary fiber levels in diets on the growth performance,organ index and intestinal antioxidant of Wanxi white geese during the brooding period.Methods:The experiment was carried out on 200 healthy 1-day-old Wanxi white geese which were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups(3%fiber group(basic diet),5%fiber group,7%fiber group,9%fiber group and 11%fiber group),each group 40 geese had 5 replicates per group,8 geese per replicate,and the test period was 28 d.The effects of fiber addition in the diet on the growth performance and intestinal antioxidant of western Anhui white goose were analyzed by feeding test and intestinal antioxidant test.Results:At the age of 1—14 days,ADFI was highly significant higher in the 3%and 5%fiber groups than in the other fiber groups(P<0.01).ADG was highly significant higher in the 9%fiber group than in the other fiber groups(P<0.01)5%,7%,9%,and 11%material-to-weight ratios were highly significant lower than in the 3%fiber group(P<0.01).14—28 days of age and 1—28 days of age,ADFI,ADG,and F/G were highly significant higher in the 11%fiber group than in the other fiber groups(P<0.01).At the age of 14 days,the 5%and 7%fiber groups significantly improved the thymus and spleen indices,respectively(P<0.05).The 9%and 11%fiber groups significantly improved the ileum and myogastric indices(P<0.05).And the 3%fiber group improved the myogastric and liver indices(P<0.05).28 days of age,the 11%fiber group significantly improved the organ indices of jejunum,ileum,and myogastric(P<0.05).3%and 5%fiber groups significantly increased liver indices(P<0.05).11%fiber group significantly increased small intestine length(P<0.05).At 14 days of age,5%,7%,9%,and 11%fiber groups had significantly lower MDA content than 3%fiber group(P<0.05).At 14 and 28 days of age,11%fiber group significantly increased jejunal and ileal CAT activity(P<0.05).7%and 9%fiber groups significantly increased ileal T-AOC activity(P<0.05).3%fiber group had significantly higher jejunal MDA content than 5%fiber group(P<0.05).11%fiber group significantly increased ileal GSH-Px activity at 28 days of age(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,the addition of fiber to the diet can improve the organ index and intestinal antioxidant capacity of the breeding period of Wanxi white goose,thus improving the growth performance of Wanxi white goose,and the 5%fiber group is the best.
