高温对不同栽培方式红花檵木生长的影响

摘要 目的:研究不同栽培方式下高温对红花檵木生长的影响。方法:高温(35~42℃)下,测量3种栽培方式(露地栽培、覆膜栽培和容器栽培)红花檵木的形态指标(冠幅、株高、叶面积、基径)和生理指标(相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量),且对红花檵木的抗高温能力进行综合评价。结果:高温下红花檵木生长趋势明显减慢,形态指标增长量明显降低,大部分生理指标差异显著。露地栽培的红花檵木生长状况综合评价最好。结论:露地栽培是抵抗高温的最优栽培模式。 Objective:To explore high temperature on the growth of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum with different cultivation methods.Methods:In order to explore the effects of high temperature(35—42℃)on the growth of Loropetalum chinense under three cultivation methods(field cultivation,mulching cultivation and container cultivation),related morphological indexes(crown width,plant height,leaf area,and basal diameter)and physiological indexes(relative conductivity,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein,and soluble sugar)were measured.And the high-temperature resistance of Loropetalum chinense was compared and analyzed with different cultivation methods.Results:Under high temperature,the growth trend of Loropetalum chinense significantly slows down,significantly reduced growth in morphological indicators,with significant differences in most physiological indicators.Among them,the result of comprehensive evaluation indicated that field cultivation is the best method for cultivating Loropetalum chinense.Conclusion:Under high temperature,the field cultivation method is more suitable for the growth of Loropetalum chinense.
