摘要
采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)和聚二甲基硅氧烷-co-二苯基硅氧烷(PDMS-B)2种不同硅橡胶制备成膜,并将其应用于气体分离,探究了2种不同侧基的硅橡胶复合膜对CO_(2)分离性能的影响。结果表明,与具有甲基侧链的PDMS相比,具有苯基侧链的PDMS-B主链间距扩大,降低了空间位阻,同时,庞大的苯基侧基抑制了聚合物主链的协同运动,使得制备的复合膜网络结构较为疏松。制备的PDMS-B复合膜与PDMS复合膜相比CO_(2)渗透通量提高了1倍,CO_(2)/N_(2)选择性提高了69%,为CO_(2)分离提供了有利选择。
Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and polydimethylsiloxane-co-diphenyl siloxane(PDMS-B)are respectively used to prepare the membranes that are applied to gas separation.The influence of side groups in silicone rubber on the separation performance of CO_(2) is investigated.Compared to PDMS with methyl side chain,PDMS-B with phenyl side chain extends the main chain distance and reduces the steric hindrance itself.Meanwhile,the large phenyl side group inhibits the coordinated movement of the main polymeric chain,which makes the structure of the prepared composite membrane network looser.In comparison with PDMS composite membranes,the CO_(2) permeance and CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity of PDMS-B composite membranes are doubled and increased by 69%respectively,providing another favorable choice for CO_(2) separation.
