摘要
机械陀螺检测中漂移量是最主要的被测参数,其直接反映陀螺综合性能的优劣。为了实现对陀螺漂移量自动化、高精度的测量,建立陀螺漂移量检测系统。首先,运用光学知识分析光束的路径并建立多次反射式增程光路数学模型。其次,建立图像处理检测系统,对陀螺反射光斑进行识别处理,其主要工作为光斑跟踪和光斑中心定位。最后通过实验并根据实验结果调整检测系统。实验结果表明,在最佳检测条件下,机械陀螺漂移量的检测范围为±2°,其实验精度最高可达11″,符合陀螺漂移量检测稳定可靠、高精度的要求。
The most crucial measured factor in the identification of mechanical gyroscopes is drift,which accurately captures the benefits and drawbacks of the gyroscope's overall performance.A gyro drift detection system is built in order to achieve the automatic and highly accurate assessment of gyro drift.First,the beam's route is examined using optical information to create a mathematical model of the multi-reflection extended-range optical path.Second,a gyro's reflected light spot is identified and processed using an image processing detection system,whose primary tasks are spot tracking and spot center location.Finally,the detecting system is then modified as a result of the experiments and in accordance with the findings.The experimental results demonstrate that the mechanical gyro drift can be detected with an accuracy of up to 11"and a detection range of±2°under the optimal detection conditions,which is sufficient for consistent,dependable,and highprecision gyro drift detection.
