聚焦解决模式联合每日目标管理在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术患者中的应用

Application of focused solution mode combined with daily target management in patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy

目的探讨聚焦解决模式联合每日目标管理在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年6月—2022年6月驻马店市中心医院收治的92例LPD患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予聚焦解决模式联合每日目标管理。比较两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、胃肠功能恢复情况和并发症发生率。结果观察组首次进水时间、首次进食时间、首次肛门排气时间均短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施聚焦解决模式联合每日目标管理可缓解LPD患者负性情绪,促进患者胃肠功能恢复,且能减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of focused solution mode combined with daily target management in patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD).Methods A total of 92 LPD patients who were admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given focused solution mode combined with daily target management based on the control group.The anxiety score,depression score,gastrointestinal function recovery and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The first intake time,the first feeding time and the first anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of focused solution mode combined with daily target management can alleviate the negative emotions of LPD patients,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the occurrence of complications.
