摘要
老年患者多重用药现象较为普遍,多重用药影响老年患者的健康结局。本文对多重用药的定义、老年患者多重用药现状、多重用药与健康结局的关系进行综述,以期为护士参与老年患者多重用药管理,改善老年患者健康结局提供依据。
The phenomenon of polypharmacy in elderly patients is common,and polypharmacy affects the health outcomes of elderly patients.This article reviews the definition of polypharmacy,the current status of polypharmacy in elderly patients,and the correlation between polypharmacy and health outcomes,in order to provide a basis for nurses to participate in the management of polypharmacy in elderly patients and improve their health outcomes.
