LEARNS健康教育模式在门诊结肠镜检查患者中的应用效果

Effects of LEARNS health education model in outpatient colonoscopy patients

目的探讨LEARNS健康教育模式在门诊结肠镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年3—8月在北京大学第一医院内镜中心接受结肠镜检查的90例门诊患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组采用常规健康教育方法,试验组在对照组的基础上采用LEARNS健康教育模式,比较两组患者的肠道准备知识得分、肠道准备情况和对健康教育的满意度。结果干预后,试验组患者肠道准备知识水平、健康教育满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肠道准备情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用LEARNS健康教育模式可有效提高门诊结肠镜检查患者肠道准备知识水平及健康教育满意度。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of listen,establish,adopt,reinforce,name,strengthen(LEARNS)health education model in outpatient colonoscopy patients.Methods From March to August 2022,90 outpatient patients who underwent colonoscopy examination at the Endoscopy Center of Peking University First Hospital were selected as the study subject using convenience sampling.The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group adopted conventional health education,while the experimental group adopted the LEARNS health education model on the basis of the control group.We compared the scores of bowel preparation knowledge,bowel preparation status,and satisfaction with health education between two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the bowel preparation knowledge and satisfaction with health education in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in bowel preparation(P>0.05).Conclusions The LEARNS health education model can effectively improve the knowledge of bowel preparation and satisfaction with health education of outpatient colonoscopy patients.
