基于胎-梁耦合的湿滑跨座式单轨梁面抗滑性能研究

摘要 为了确保跨座式单轨车辆在不同工况下的行车安全,针对跨座式单轨车辆在雨天、冰雪、潮湿环境下的运行状态进行研究。基于流-固耦合算法(CEL)和有限元方法构建耦合关联的轮胎-梁面模型,在此基础上研究不同积水深度、不同行车速度条件下,轮轨垂向力和轮轨应力等参数的变化情况,解析水膜厚度与轮轨垂向力以及轮胎应力之间的关系。研究结果表明:接触参数数值变化受到梁面抗滑性能影响,这是引发行车安全问题的主要诱因。车辆轮胎接触垂向力随着梁面积水厚度的增加快速降低,从而引起车轮漂移、瞬间打滑现象。研究成果可为跨座式单轨制定行车安全的保障措施提供理论依据。 This study investigated the driving safety of straddle-type monorail vehicles under various operating conditions,focusing particularly on performance in rainy,snowy,and wet environments.Utilizing the CEL and finite element method,a coupled tire-track beam simulation model was constructed.The model then enabled the analysis of parameter changes,such as wheel-rail vertical force and wheel-rail stress,under varying water depths and driving speeds.The study examined the relationship between water film thickness and wheel-rail vertical force as well as tire stress.The results suggest that the anti-skid performance of the track beam surface significantly affects the numerical changes of tire contact parameters of monorail vehicles,which are primary factors contributing to driving safety issues.As the thickness of accumulated water on the track beam surface increases,the vertical contact force of the vehicle tires decreases rapidly,leading to wheel drifting and instant slippage.The findings of this research could serve as a theoretical foundation for developing safety measures for straddle-type monorail systems.
