摘要
面对逐渐度过成长期的快递行业态势和消费者对快递服务需求的多样性变化,以往的“包裹价格战”已不足以帮助快递企业抢占市场份额。文中对最贴近消费者的环节的配送末端进行研究,运用覆盖理论思想,结合山地城市实际情况,对快递的末端网络进行布局规划。通过严谨的数据分析、算例求证,确保了覆盖理论的准确应用,构建了符合贵阳地区消费者特点的布局方案。
Faced with the gradual growth through the growth of the courier industry trends and consumer demand for the variety of courier service changes,the previous “package price war” has been insufficient to help courier companies to seize market share.This paper studies the terminal distribution which is the link closest to the consumer,uses coverage theory,combined with the actual situation of mountainous city,plans the layout of express terminal network.Through the rigorous data analysis and calculation example,it ensures the accurate application of the coverage theory and constructs the layout plan which is in line with the characteristics of consumers in Guiyang.
