生鲜冷链配送效率影响因素——以江苏省为例

Influencing Factors of the Distribution Efficiency of Fresh Cold Chain——Take Jiangsu Province as an Example

社会综合发展水平的提高增大了人们对生鲜产品的需求,促进了冷链物流的发展,对物流配送效率的要求也相应提高。文中收集江苏省2015-2021年的相关数据,从物流基础设施、物流从业人员、生鲜需求规模等6个方面建立了影响指标体系,并通过灰色关联模型分析了江苏省生鲜冷链配送效率影响因素的排名。结果发现:等级公路总里程、物流从业人员数量、家庭平均生鲜购买量是影响江苏省生鲜冷链配送效率的主要因素。并根据研究结果提出改善江苏省生鲜冷链配送效率的建议,可供有关部门参考。

The development of the comprehensive level of society has increased people's demand for fresh products,which promoted the development of cold chain logistics,and increased the requirements for logistics distribution efficiency.This paper collects relevant data from 2015 to 2021 in Jiangsu Province,establishes an influencing index system from six aspects,including logistics infrastructure,logistics personnel,fresh demand scale and so on,and analyzes the ranking of influencing factors of fresh cold chain distribution efficiency in Jiangsu Province through the gray correlation model.The conclusion shows that the total mileage of graded highways,the number of logistics employees and the average household fresh purchase volume are the main factors affecting the distribution efficiency of fresh cold chain in Jiangsu Province.According to the research results,suggestions are put forward to improve the distribution efficiency of fresh cold chain in Jiangsu Province,which can be used as a reference for relevant departments.
