As a systematic financial arrangement for the whole supply chain,supply chain finance can better combine the investment and financing needs of state-owned enterprises with the supply chain operation,and effectively improve the production efficiency,cost efficiency and capital efficiency of state-owned enterprises.State-owned enterprises based on supply chain finance should build a multi-level investment and financing structure management system in close combination with policy advantages and capital advantages,and reduce the investment and financing risks of state-owned enterprises with precise control strategies.This paper expounds the role of supply chain finance in the management of state-owned enterprises' investment and financing structure,and puts forward the approaches to the management of state-owned enterprises' investment and financing structure under supply chain finance according to the actual situation,so as to ensure the rationality of state-owned enterprises' investment and financing structure and maximize the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises' investment and financing.
