摘要
对建筑工程全生命周期碳排放进行分析与评价研究是一种有效确定并控制工程碳排放量的方法。基于PKPM系列软件,采用生命周期评价法对合肥市某拟建公共建筑工程划分了碳排放计算边界并构建了计算模型,并通过灰色关联分析进行8个关键参数的建模计算与敏感性分析以得到影响碳排放的关键因素,从而制定减排措施,为类似公共建筑工程综合设计与施工提供碳减排的借鉴和依据。结果表明:建筑的运行阶段是碳排放量最多的阶段,其次是建材生产阶段;工程项目运营管理水平、施工管理水平、建筑物拆除产生的废弃物回收利用程度、绿色电力使用率是影响该公共建筑碳排放的主要因素,其次是现浇钢筋损耗率、装配率,最后是绿地率、再生粗骨料率。
The analysis and evaluation of carbon emissions of construction projects throughout their life cycle is an effective method to determine and control the carbon emissions of construction projects.Based on PKPM series software,a proposed public building project in Hefei city is divided into carbon emission calculation boundaries and constructed a calculation model using the life cycle evaluation method,and eight key parameters are modelled and calculated through grey correlation analysis and sensitivity analysis to obtain the key factors affecting carbon emission,so as to formulate emission reduction measures and provide a reference and basis for carbon emission reduction for the comprehensive design and construction of similar public building projects.The results show that:the operation phase of the building is the most carbon emitting phase,followed by the production phase of building materials;the level of operation and management of the project,the level of construction management,the degree of recycling of waste generated by building demolition,and the rate of green electricity usage are the main factors affecting the carbon emissions of this public building,followed by the loss rate of cast-in-place reinforcement,the assembly rate,and finally the green space rate and the rate of recycled coarse aggregates.
