“双碳”战略下矿业工程研究生创新能力培养模式与方法探索 被引量:1

摘要 实现“双碳”目标,加快绿色低碳科技革命,根本上要靠一流创新人才。本文以安徽理工大学矿业工程研究生创新能力培养为例,深入分析了研究生培养现状,探索了“双碳”战略下研究生创新能力培养模式与方法,通过优化“双碳”背景高质量人才培养顶层设计、完善研究生课程体系建设、健全校企双轨导师制、发挥科研平台优势作用、国际化人才培养、增设研究生定期学术交流、科研奖励和评价制度等举措,培养创新能力和工程实践能力强、国际化视野的“双碳”战略下矿业工程人才,对新形势下工科研究生教育具有积极的借鉴意义。 To achieve the' double carbon' goal and accelerate the green low-carbon technology revolution,we must rely on first-class innovative talents.Taking the cultivation of innovative ability of mining engineering postgraduates in Anhui University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the training current situation of postgraduate and explores the training mode and method of innovative ability of postgraduates under the strategy of of 'double carbon'.Under the strategy of'double carbon',the mining engineering talents with strong innovative ability,engineering practice ability and international vision will be cultivated by optimizing the top-level design of high-quality talent cultivation,perfecting the construction of postgraduate curriculum system,constructing the dual-track tutorial system between school and enterprise,giving full play to the advantages of scientific research platform,cultivating international talents,adding regular academic exchanges between postgraduates,scientific research awards and evaluation systems.It has positive reference significance for engineering graduate education under the new situation.
