摘要
文章旨在比较衍生法与直接超声萃取法测定ABS塑料中的四溴双酚A含量差异。直接超声萃取法选取甲苯为溶剂,60℃下超声2 h萃取ABS塑料中的四溴双酚A;衍生法采用甲苯萃取,后采用N,O-双(三甲基硅烷基)三氟乙酰胺进行衍生化。直接萃取后的样液与衍生化后的样液分别采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定,从标准物质的峰面积、峰型以及阳性样品的测定值等多方面进行比较优劣。直接超声萃取法的线性范围1~20 mg/L,检出限为50 mg/kg,回收率在88.3%~102.4%之间。
The article aims to compare the difference in the determination of tetrabromobisphenol A content in ABS plastics using derivative method and direct ultrasonic extraction method.The direct ultrasonic extraction method selects toluene as the solvent and extracts tetrabromobisphenol A from ABS plastic under ultrasound for 2 hours at 60 C;The derivation method uses toluene extraction,followed by N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide derivatization.The directly extracted sample solution and the derivatized sample solution were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,respectively,and the advantages and disadvantages were compared from various aspects such as the peak area,peak type,and measurement value of the positive sample of the standard substance.The linear range of direct ultrasonic extraction method is 1~20 mg/L,the detection limit is 50 mg/kg,and the recovery rate is between 88.3%and 102.4%.
