木质素参与有机氟硅苯丙乳液的改性后的性能研究

摘要 本文借助预乳化—半连续—种子乳液聚合法制备有机氟硅(KH-570、MBFA-12)苯丙乳液,壳层加入木质素磺酸钠(LS-Na),分别制备了有机氟硅苯丙乳液和木质素改性有机氟硅苯丙乳液。通过浸润滤纸,得到不同疏水性能的改性滤纸。通过多种表征表明,定量加入木质素可有效提升改性滤纸的疏水性,降低有机氟硅用量,维持传统乳液的基础性能。本文的木质素改性乳液可在油水分离、防水涂层等领域提供新的思路与方法。 In this paper,organofluorosilicone(KH-570,MBFA-12)styrene acrylic lotion was prepared by pre emulsification semi continuous seed lotion polymerization,and organofluorosilicone styrene acrylic lotion and lignin modified organofluorosilicone styrene acrylic lotion were prepared by adding sodium lignosulfonate(LS Na)to the shell.By soaking the filter paper,modified filter papers with different hydrophobic properties are obtained.Various characterizations showed that the addition of lignin in a certain amount could effectively improve the hydrophobicity of the modified filter paper,reduce the amount of organofluorosilicone,and maintain the basic performance of the traditional lotion.The lignin modified lotion in this paper can provide new ideas and methods in oil-water separation,waterproof coating and other fields.
