硝酸异辛酯在微通道连续流中的应用

摘要 硝酸异辛酯作为柴油添加剂可以提高柴油中十六烷值,改善柴油燃烧性能。为了改善硝酸异辛酯传统制备方法反应放热量大、危险系数高等缺点,目前,逐步采用微通道连续流技术制备硝酸异辛酯。微通道连续流技术具有传质、传热效率高、反应安全性高、物料配比精确、生产重现性良好、自动化程度高、零放大效应等优势。因此,本文对硝酸异辛酯、微通道连续流技术进行概述,并对硝酸异辛酯在微通道连续流技术的应用进行研究,以期为相关领域的研究提供一定的借鉴。 Isooctyl nitrate as a diesel additive can increase the cetane number and improve the combustion performance of diesel.In order to improve the traditional preparation method of isooctyl nitrate,which has the disadvantages of high heat release and high risk factor,microchannel continuous flow technology is gradually adopted to prepare isooctyl nitrate.Microchannel continuous flow technology has advantages such as high mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency,high reaction safety,precise material ratio,good production reproducibility,high degree of automation,and zero amplification effect.Therefore,this article provides an overview of isooctyl nitrate and microchannel continuous flow technology,and studies the application of isooctyl nitrate in microchannel continuous flow technology,in order to provide some reference for research in related fields.
