氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定工作场所空气中的碲及其化合物

摘要 目的使用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定工作场所空气中的碲及其化合物的含量,为评估工作场所空气的质量提供了一定的数据支持。方法将工作场所空气经微孔滤膜采样后,用高氯酸-硝酸消解样品,用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定其含量。结果在0~40 ng/ml线性范围内,标准曲线的相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为0.032 ng/ml,最低检出浓度为1×10^(-5)mg/m^(3)(以采集30 L空气样品计),方法精密度为2.95%~4.52%,加标回收率为97.3~98.8%,均满足定量测定的要求。结论该方法操作方便、敏感度高、且测得的精密度高、使用的样品量较少,能很好得满足工作场所空气中该元素的测定要求,为评价工作场所空气质量的好坏提供了数据支持。 Objective To determine the content of tellurium and its compounds in workplace air by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and to provide some data support for evaluating the quality of workplace air.Methods The air in the workplace was sampled by microporous filter membrane,then the sample was dissolved with perchloric acid and nitric acid,and its content was determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results In the linear range of 0~40 ng/ml,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve r=0.9992,the detection limit was 0.032 ng/ml,and the lowest detection concentration was 1×10^(-5) mg/m^(3),based on 30 L air samples,the precision of the method was 2.95%~4.52%,and the recoveries was 97.3%~98.8%,which met the requirements of quantitative determination.Conclusion The method is easy to use,has high sensitivity and high precision,and requires only a small amount of sample,which can well meet the requirements of the determination of the element in the workplace air,and provides data support for evaluating the quality of workplace air.
