课程思政与思政课程协同育人的逻辑起点、现实困境与优化路向

The Logic Starting Point,Realistic Predicament and Optimization Approach of Collaborative Education of Curriculum Ideology and Politics and Ideological and Political Courses

大思政工作格局下,以思想政治理论课、思想政治日常工作和党团学工作为代表的“思政课程”直接肩负着立德树人的政治任务;以其它学科中包含的思想政治教育内容为代表的“课程思政”也同样承担着思想政治教育的功能,二者在协同育人上具有传递知识、树立道德、砥砺实践的相同逻辑起点。不过,课程思政与思政课程之间也存在着阻碍协同育人实际效果的差异因素,主要体现为知识教育方面的重合、道德教育方面的区别、实践教育教学方面的冲突。因此,需要在逻辑进路和实践指向上构建课程思政与思政课程之间“求同存异”“平等交往”的合理沟通方式,通过对课程思政与思政课程进行知识教育的分工、道德教育的联动、实践教育资源的协调,促进显性思政与隐形思政的结合,充分发挥思政课程与课程思政间的互补作用。

Under the great ideological and political pattern,“ideological and political courses”represented by ideological and political theory courses,ideological and political daily works,and party group learning works directly shoulder the political task of moral education;“curriculum ideology and politics”represented by ideological and political education in other subjects also assume the function of ideological and political education.They have the same logic starting point of transmitting knowledge,establishing morality and tempering practice in collaborative education.However,there are also differences between curriculum ideology and politics and ideological and political courses that hinder the actual effect of collaborative education,which are mainly reflected in the overlap of knowledge education,differences in moral education,and conflicts in practical education teaching.It is necessary to construct a reasonable communication mode of“seeking common points while reserving differences”and“equal contact”between curriculum ideology and politics and ideological and political courses in terms of logical approach and practical orientation,through the division of knowledge education,the linkage of moral education,and the coordination of practical education resources between curriculum ideology and politics and ideological and political courses,to promote the combination of explicit ideology and politics and implict ideology and politics,and give full play to the supplementary effect between curriculum ideology and politics and ideological and political courses.
